   These three photos are of our new "cat & dog proof" floor. The edges are ceramic tiles that look and are shaped like wood "planks". The middle of the 
    room is made up of individual 18" square commercial-grade carpet tiles. These came in "assortment" cases and are easily removeable, washable and/or
    replaceable. We toyed with ordering them all one color and will maybe do that in the future, but for now, we like the patchwork quilt look. Paul used
    1" X 6" pine sealed with spar varnish as the baseboard where the tiles meet the bare wall. I didn't get a photo of that.
